What to Expect

Feel free to read through the following information so that you know what to expect at your first visit.

1) Arriving for Your Appointment

FormsPlease arrive 10-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork related to your medical history and patient information and to discuss any questions you may have prior to seeing Dr. Vicari.

You may prepare ahead of time by printing and visiting our patient forms page. By printing and filling out this form prior to your appointment and bringing it with you when you come in you will save yourself time as it will reduce your wait times. If you do not have access to a printer or don’t have time to fill these forms out online – no need to worry – you can still fill out all necessary paperwork once you come in!

This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. You will also be asked to sign a consent form giving Dr. Vicari the right to exam and treat you. After you have completed the required forms, you will first be given a foot scan, which indicated how balanced you are as to weight-bearing on your feet. Next you will be given an EMG Scan, which graphs muscle contraction and central nerve irritation.
